A Baby Shower for Sweet Kinsley

One of my very best friends is pregnant with her third child. After two sweet and energetic boys, they are expecting a precious little girl on Valentine's Day. I think that deserves a little celebration! I planned a baby shower for her with the help of some wonderful ladies. After a few themed showers under my belt (Diana's Baby Sprinkle and Brittany's Special Delivery Long Distance Shower, it was time for something a little bit simpler. Our honoree's favorite color is purple, so I started there with a color scheme of various shades of purple, burlap, and cream. She and her mom made the most beautiful quilt for the nursery. I used it's various patterns as further inspiration. It turned out great, beautiful and personal, and Diana loved it! Thanks to all the sweet hostesses who contributed to such a wonderful day for her! Here are some photos.

Seriously! This was my favorite part!

Tanya made a baby carriage out of fruit. So cute!

Yummy cupcakes! Thanks for sending the toppers all the way from Vegas, Brittany!

Katrina made this frame for the door. A perfect touch!
Here are all the predictions for Kinsley's birth stats. I wonder who will be closest?
